How agencies get Optifi's security and certification materials.

Public materials

Available to anyone, with no request needed:

• FedRAMP public information and its machine-readable version
• Secure configuration guide
• Progress toward certification

Materials available on request

Agency staff and FedRAMP can request Optifi's security materials, including the FedRAMP certification package once it is complete. Today these are:

• A description of the Optifi system boundary and data flows
• Optifi's status against each FedRAMP 20x Key Security Indicator
• The list of third-party services Optifi relies on

How to request access

1. Email security@accessagility.com from your government email address.
2. Say which agency you work for and which materials you need.
3. We reply within two business days with the materials or a secure link to them.

We keep a record of every agency that receives materials and when. If we ever decline an agency's request we tell FedRAMP within five business days, as FedRAMP requires.
