Optifi

Optifi for Government

Optifi measures the WiFi experience of the devices an agency already manages and explains what is wrong when it is poor.

Preparing for FedRAMP 20x certification

About the service

A small agent on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, ChromeOS and iOS devices, and optional fixed sensors, measure the wireless link, the local network, DNS, the internet path and chosen applications. The Optifi cloud service compares those measurements across devices, access points and sites, finds problems, names the likely cause and checks whether a fix worked.

Optifi collects network measurements and device inventory (device name, serial number, operating system and network addresses). It does not collect the content of user traffic, browsing history or device location coordinates.
